Altitude 3178 Mr. The climbing on Mont Thabor is one trek traditional of Bardonecchia, practice all the year because we can do the ski alpinism. At the summit, this is a chapel and is on the watershed between the basin of the Po and that of the Rhone. After the Second World War the boundary was moved many kilometers at east, therefore the Narrow Valley is now in French territory. The vision is good in almost all the directions. However the summit is punt and wide, in such way the vision is stopped in the opposite direction.
